Here is what I'm currently doing for my second game-environment, it will have the same time constraint (2 weeks) and also be done in the UDK. This is a "simpler" environment then my previous one, but I wanted to tackle more modularity in a hard surface environment and not rely on Zbrush. Also, I was interested in trying out interior lighting in the Unreal Engine...
